Our head office is Located in Kings Cross Central London with our engineers based throughout England & Wales.

ULS provide a full electrical & lighting maintenance service to hundreds of properties from all working sectors, providing a fast and accurate solution to our clients needs. These properties include corporate, commercial, domestic, industrial and retail properties throughout England & Wales.

Our engineers are based in the cities highlighted and cover the whole of England and Wales.

Lighting maintenance consists of our electrical engineers regularly attending sites on pre-programmed visits and replacing any failed lamps/tubes whilst also reporting any defective items which are a potential hindrance to staff's working environment.

Lamps and tubes are replaced below R.R.P. You only pay for the lamps and tubes that are replaced and all old lamps & tubes which are removed by ULS are safely recycled by our registered waste handler contractors. We do not charge an attendance or labour fee.

Our success is due to our objective to replace/repair any faulty electrical/lighting equipment in a prompt & efficient manner using our fast track escalation procedures. We provide a 24 Hour service. We do not charge a call out fee.

ULS have a dedicated team of fully qualified electrical engineers certified to 16th edition (IEE) institute of electrical engineers standards and higher.

We support our engineers to help them to progress their qualifications further by encouraging and funding their associated courses to maximise their potential and qualifications, ensuring our services are of the highest possible standards.

We have over 10 years experience within the construction industry sector, we are health and safety registered company and are electrical contractors registered with the construction industry scheme (CIS).
